Being competent at photography is a challenge, creating an award winning image is much harder. Join us as we share the processes we utilise to create an image you will be proud to hang 24 inches in size on your wall.

Photography is a creative medium, so how do we approach representational art via photography in a way that pushes our creativity whilst retaining the utmost quality.

In this workshop, capturing a landscape image worthy of a wall print is our goal. Assuming you are competent with your camera, we will start by discussing concepts, influences, inspirations and outcomes.

Following morning tea we will venture into the field to start some experimentation and studies. Back in the studio we will study our results and workshop ideas and concepts that take our projects to the next level.

After lunch we will head out again and visit various locations depending on our individual projects, to create the final images we plan to print.

Again back in the studio you will be shown the tools we use to create our stunning wall prints. After you have had time to work on and finalise your own images, we will output our own 16×24 inch fine art prints to take home.

We aim to give you everything you need to produce a 16×24 inch fine art print you will be proud to hang on your wall.

We include lunch as well as morning and afternoon tea. Also included is a 16×24 inch Fine Art Print of your own to take home with you.

Don’t forget your camera gear and laptop and your creative passion.
