Zone Gallery and Creative Hub is born out of a desire to provide a place of creativity, education and exhibition for creatives, but also a space to be utilised as a corporate meeting space for team building and small inspirational conferences.
Offering exhibitions and workshop space hire throughout the year, our custom built gallery and studio is surrounded by stunning scenery and is just 1.5 hours from Brisbane.
We have all the amenities you will need including male/female toilets, onsite carpark for 30 cars, tea and coffee making facilities as well as catering options for morning/afternoon tea and lunch.
We have wheelchair access.

Gallery and Creative Space
The Gallery and Workshop space is housed in a modern 25×12 metre studio, with a 96 square metre open plan space for daytime events. The space features glass doors along one side taking in the beautiful Maleny landscape. We have all the modern facilities you might need to host your creative workshop, and at reasonable prices.
A fully renovated chapel is also on the grounds and can be used for air conditioned workshops and team building sessions. We are 2 minutes away from stunning Glasshouse Mountains views, as well as many local accomodation and culinary suppliers.
We have parking for up to 30 cars, toilet facilities, and we can assist you in sourcing catering if required.

We are Cath & Rich Muldoon
We have been professional photographers for over 25 years as Vivid Photography, our successful Brisbane based business for 23 years. Through all the changes seen in the photographic industry we have grown our business, all the while winning many awards including 2015 AIPP Queensland Professional Photographer of the Year.
Almost 3 years ago we decided on a ‘tree change’ relocating to Maleny in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, and developing The Zone Gallery & Creative Space, to assist artists & others in realising their creative and business potential.
Richard Muldoon is also an artist/painter with a Masters degree in Visual Art, and has received many awards for his contemporary paintings and photography.
Catherine Muldoon studied professional photography for 3 years achieving a Bachelor of Photography, and is an AIPP Master of Photography.

The Zone is located in the Sunshine Coast hinterland just outside the popular village of Maleny. Situated on 2.5 acres of rolling green hills and farmland, visitors have access to a custom built 25×12 metre ‘shed’ housing a photography and artist’s studio. Used also for workshops and exhibitions, the ‘shed’ overlooks gorgeous paddocks and a lake, inspiring creativity and relaxation.
